By accessing or using AdStream (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

AdStream provides a platform for creating advertising briefs, managing creative workflows, writing ad copy, and publishing advertisements to connected platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided per our refund policy
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Create ads that violate Meta's advertising policies
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. AdStream and its logos are trademarks of AdStream. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADSTREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
